Is The5ers Visa Card a Real or Virtual Card?

There are options for both virtual and physical cards.

To issue a new card connected to your account, you need to go to the menu “Cards” and choose “Create Card”.

Then you choose the type of card – Physical or Virtual and enter a Cardholder Name and Company Name (if necessary), then for 3D Secure settings, you need to enter your phone number and create a 3D Secure Password.

For a Physical Card, you will also need to choose a 4-digit PIN and enter the address to which you wish your card to be delivered. We offer 2 Delivery options – Standard Post or Express Post, so you need to pick one that’s more convenient for you. After filling in all the information, you need to press the “Create Card” button, and the new card is created. You can see it in your list of Cards at your Dashboard or in the menu “Cards” – “Cards List”.
