A stop-loss order (SL) is a risk management tool that automatically closes a trade when the price reaches a certain level in order to limit potential losses.

A stop loss is mandatory in the Bootcamp program only. It's not allowed to risk more than 2% of the initial account balance and you must set a stop loss within 3 minutes for every position you open.
